The trip for spring outing from Wuhan to Wuyuan is shortened by 2 hours. More than ten attractions such as Jiangwan and the ancient trade port in Huizhou etc. are newly added.
According to the introduction presented by Wuyuan Tourism Administration on the promotion conference held in Wuhan on March 16, the highway from Jingdezhen to Wuyuan was open to traffic at the end of last year. For this year’s spring outing, visitors may go to the highway directly without passing Jingdezhen. It has Shostened the trip by 2 houes. Besides, except for Rainbow Bridge, Likeng, and Xiaoqi etc. with which visitors are familiar, more than ten attractions are newly added. The western line is characterized by Ming and Qing style ancient villages and rurality, northern line ecological landscape and western line natural scenery.
Wuhan will introduce Wuyuan two-day and three-day tours. Visitors may have time to appreciate rapeflowers and the beauty of the ancient village.
With the seaon in full bloom spring, the rapeflowers in Wuyuan, the fairyland, are swaying gracefully as greeted by spring rain.
Rapeflowers bloom in March and April, the most beautiful time in a year. Compared to rapeflowers in other places, rapeflowers in Wuyuan has another sort of beauty. Row upon row of folk houses which are surrounded by hills under the blue sky adds radiance and beauty to each other, creating a Chinese painting. Amid the bright yellow flowers, rural scenes and spring rain, you feel like walking on the air and being melted gradually. The flowers, dominaling golden color, are preiling everywhere, on the hillside, valleys, besides vathe ancient houses.

黑——（龙尾）砚台：龙尾砚又称歙砚，为中国四大名砚之一。砚石产于婺源龙尾山，唐宋时，因婺源属安徽古歙州辖地以州名物，故称歙砚。
白——江湾雪梨：江湾雪梨素有“江南梨王”之誉，贵为贡品。

Colorful Wuyuan
Red―Red purse carp, a unique fresh fish, is a rare treasure used at the state banquet. The belly of genuine red purse carp is as big as a purse. That is how it got its name.
Green ― Green tea. Early in the Tang Dynasty, Wuyuan became a famous tea-producing region. Wuyuan green tea was reputed as one of six rare treasures in the Song Dynasty and used as a tribute. Wuyuan enjoys the reputation of being a “tea land”.
Black ―Longwei inkstone, also called Shezhou inkstone, is one of four famous inkstones in China. The inkstone is native to Longwei, Wuyuan. In the Tang and Song Dynasties, Wuyuan belonged to Shezhou. Thus the inkstone was named Shezhou inkstone.
White ― Jiangwan pear is reputed as “king of pears south of the Yangtze River” and tribute.
