国务院常务会议原则通过了《国务院关于修改〈全国年节及纪念日放假办法〉的决定（草案）》和《职工带薪年休假条例（草案）》。从明年开始，五一黄金周长假将向国人道拜拜。消息传来，计划明年五一长线出游的人们纷纷开始咨询春节出游事项，参加长线游的市民将相对集中在剩余的两个黄金周。大家都在计划假日去哪里，怎么去？

记忆中，不记得是从哪天开始，已经习惯了节假日的放松和每到“五一”“十一”的惊喜。有人把这样的短暂假日安排出来，作为好友聚会、家庭团聚；也有人在这几天里，逛街、睡觉，十足的享受型；它也催生了“结婚”的高峰，于是，每到这个假日便成了结婚的代名词；但更多人选择在这个日子里，游山玩水，饱览大好河山，于是，国内、国际旅行社被假期盘活。
一年当中除了“五一”、“十一”，还有元旦、春节、双休……
1999年9月18日，国务院下达“黄金周”休假通知，当年的“十一”就立即执行，这样开始，中国人的生活里有了“五一、十一”黄金周，生活方式被这个字眼所改变着……

In memory, we have been accustomed to be relaxed and joyful on festivals and holidays such as the “May Day” and “National Day”. During such days, some people gather with their friends and family members; and some go shopping or sleep to enjoy life. Such days also expedites the approach of Wedding Peak. So every such holiday becomes the pronoun of wedding. But more people go traveling to visit the mountains and rivers. Therefore, the domestic and international travel agencies are fostered to be vigorous on such days.

Besides the May Day and National Day, there are the New Year's Day, the Spring Festival, the double weekends and the like.

The Notice of Golden Week was issued by the State Council on September 18, 1999 and it was enforced on the National Day of the year. Since then the Golden Week entered into and changed the life of Chinese people.

The Way of Tourism: With her boyfriend self-help traveling There are no fixed holidays for a journalist, but luckily high-temperature holidays could be taken in summer. Traveling with my BF is my preferred choice. I like the feeling of enjoying the happy moments with my BF while traveling. Recommendation: Together with my BF in Dalian and Yunnan. Spending the happy time in Lijiang where the Bars in Square Street were attractive and the Needfire Party and play show performed by folk artists were excited. Dalian is a beautiful city where the seafood was cheap, delicious and the clothes were good-looking!

个性推荐：绫子选择了曼彻斯特。因为伦敦、剑桥、牛津附近，学费和生活费都很贵，曼彻斯特也还算是个大城，离其他观光点兰开郡或约克郡都很近。
曼彻斯特有两个主要的大学，整个学区当地人就叫university，有点像大学城。绫子所选择的学校在市区，住的地方则在大学城中，每天坐公共汽车往返，逛逛街挺惬意的。
曼彻斯特市区有个小小的中国城，还有香港超市。除了买菜之外，录影带、漫画是应有尽有；此外，还有一个印度街，印度食物也相当不错，至于英国的食物，绫子说实在令人不敢恭维。租住的公寓是一个卧室、一个客厅、一个卫浴以及一个附有设备及餐具的厨房，因此常常去香港超市买菜，早餐和晚餐就自己做，偶尔也可以找朋友到家里吃饭。

After graduation, Lingzi did not rush to look for a job but went to the Island of Great Britain with her friends. Lingzi said she was after for Europe, and tour to study enabled her close to Britain. She likes Britain language and culture, and she prepares for domestic development after half a year in Britain. Recommendation: Lingzi went to Manchester where London, the Cambridge and the Oxford are nearby. Both the schooling and living expenses are high. Manchester is also a big city and close to the Lancashire and Yorkshire.
There are two major universities in Manchester. The whole schooling area is called as University which is just like the University Town. The University where Lingzi studied is located in urban area but she lived in the Town, so she went and came by bus. During the intervals strolling along the street was also agreeable.
The Manchester City is also furnished with a small China Town and Hong Kong Supermarket. In addition, it is provided with an Indian Street. The Indian foods are pretty, but the Britain food is just not delicious. Lingzi rented an apartment house which is equipped with a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and a kitchen provided with devices and dinner sets. Going shopping at the Hong Kong Supermarket and dining with her friends was part of her daily life.

假日我需要迷路，误入徽州深处
我们在去黟县的路上迷路了。
顺风顺水地狂奔了一千多公里，可是现在，在汤口那夕阳笼罩的乡间，它和我们一样，彻底地迷失了方向。
一车人拿着手里的地图讨论了半天未果，看看天色越来越晚，只得硬着头皮出发。开车的朋友以前从来没在夜里走过山路，眼见着山道像条带子似的伸向不可知的群山深处，半天也看不到一辆车路过，加上两旁古木参天荒凉孤寂，怪影参差。这位仁兄开始自惊自吓，不停地絮絮地念经似的念：“不会半道上有人打劫吧？这树林里能藏多少人啊！”我本来属于那种艺不高胆贼大的傻主，但架不住他像张破碟片似的车轱辘话来回转，结果弄得我也愈听愈怕，心惊胆战，30分钟后看他还在那儿没完没了，到底没忍住冲他当头断喝：“念什么念！我一个女人都不怕，你一个大男人唠唠叨叨有完没完！”

To take photos of rising sun, we especially hired a motorcycle to leave for Xidi at 6 A.M.
The driver was the cook in the hotel where we stayed in. I was told that it would take only several minutes to the destination. We were indeed there but it was not at Xidi but Nanping Village. All people got so angry and scolded him why at here? Looking at me, the guy said he was not familiar with Xidi but Nanping Village he frequently visited.

20分钟后我们终于顺着一条小路来到了一个有灯光有车来车往的小镇，可眼看着平坦的大道就在旁边，但小路的尽头和宽阔的公路却隔着两米来宽的一条小河沟，没路了。朋友急得额头上青筋都暴了起来：“那些神经病的车是怎么开到公路上去的？”而“那些神经病”——路上超过了99.9％的司机都开着车好好地在平坦的公路上飞驰。结果，不是“神经病”的我们只好又倒回去，找到一个斜坡才开上了公路。
　　 看看地图，估计黟县只有几公里的路程了。朋友像望到家的狗一样伸长了脖子热切张望，同时激动地加大油门拚命往前跑，结果一口气冲出黟县15公里，都快到黟县了，司机大人这才发现情况不对，绝望地冲我叫：“黟县到底在哪儿？”又掉转车头往回走，来来回回多走了30公里才看见黟县县城的灯光。看到灯光下一块蓝底白字的大铁牌和“黟县人民欢迎您！”的字样，我们的眼泪都快出来了。

误入南屏村
　　 为了能赶到西递照几张日出的好照片，我们吸取了教训特意租了辆摩托车在凌晨6点带着我们的车往村里跑。
　　 开摩托车的小伙子是我们在黟县住的那家酒店的厨师，他告诉我只用十来分钟就可以赶到村里。十多分钟后我们果然进了村，但不是西递，是南屏村。一车人气得差点吐血，责问他：“不是说好了到西递吗？怎么跑到南屏来了？”那小伙子一脸无辜地望着我：“我对西递那条路不熟，南屏我倒是经常来！”一车人彻底没了脾气。
扔了这迷糊向导大步往村里走，走到村口站住了：这是个很小的村子，正面有一座古老高大的雕满花纹的木制结构的祠堂，一条青石子路绕过祠堂向村里延伸过去，祠堂两侧的巷子里是灰白色的墙，阳光把所有的墙壁都割裂成两截，一半明一半暗。几株柿子树从前前后后的院子里探出头来，橙红色的柿子在枝头摇摇欲坠……还真是个好所在！
　　
马车比赛
　　 经过村后那座清代修建的青石板桥，遇上一位十四五岁的少年正赶着马车往田里走。我追上去给他拍照，他立刻站得笔直冲我咧嘴作微笑状。拍完了我正要走，他在后面追上来问：“你想不想坐马车去玩”我兴趣大增，说：“想啊，想啊！”他找出一块编织袋铺在车前让我坐上去，然后马车就在大路上悠哉悠哉闲逛。
　　 出了村，路上的人不时地跟少年打招呼。叽里哇啦不知道说些什么，我一句也听不懂，只听见别人叫少年为“文安”。文安不时大笑大叫，当一辆拖拉机喷着黑烟从身边经过，拖拉机手看着我和文安大笑，又对文安说了些什么，文安显然有点生气。他把缰绳一拉，鞭子一挥，说了句：“坐好了！你看我比拖拉机跑得要快得多！”
　　 话还没说完，马车突然在大路上狂奔，我一个没抓稳，差点仰面掉下车去。吓得我连忙用两手死死地把车框抓住，即使这样我还是像颗土豆似的在马车上被甩来甩去。路边的村民一个个丢下手里的活儿跑到路边兴高采烈冲我们大叫，文安被叫声刺激得更加兴奋，不住地快马加鞭，几分钟后我们还真追上了拖拉机，并把它远远地甩在身后。马车终于慢了下来。我浑身像散了架一样瘫在地上，腿上青一块紫一块，疼得我连话都说不全了。
　　 文安还得意地问我：“怎么样？我说我的马车比拖拉机跑得快吧！”我点头：“知道了！马车很快！不过你回头看看，你车上的车挡板好像没有了。”文安回头一看，“呀！”地叫了一声跳下马车就往回跑了……

等待日出
　　 第二天早上6点钟几个人早早地跑到凉亭守着，面朝东方坐成一排。而且，人人手里都抱着镜头长短不一的相机。
　　 天色一点一点变亮，四周的景物慢慢地清晰，可以看到南屏山上空晨雾在松林间飘来荡去，村子里家家的屋瓦上升起缕缕炊烟。只是凉亭上，还是冷气沁人。
　　 终于看到了一抹橘红色的光从云层里渗透出来，渐渐地太阳在很远的地方露出头来，只一瞬，就如同弹丸一样被弹出挤压的云层。秋天的太阳，看上去很遥远但很耀眼。一时间天空变成一片金红，世界顿时一派雍容闪亮。
　　 离开黟县，在Jeep 2500那均匀单调的发动机声中同车朋友昏昏睡去，而我的心中一直抹不去的就是那古老村庄的美，它的粉墙墨瓦，它的青山绿水，还有那清晨升起的袅袅炊烟……
